During the year the parish holds many functions or events. Listed below are just a few.

Fete
Two fetes are held each year. The first is an Autumn Fete held in April or May. The second is a Spring Fete held in October. These fetes are held in Church Grounds from 8.30am to 12.30am. There are many stalls such as, Cakes, Toys, Arts & Crafts, Books, White Elephant, Clothing and Plants. Devonshire Teas are available and a Sausage Sizzle. Drinks can be purchased. Entertainment and attractions vary at each fete. Music is provided and much, much more.

Hard Knock Fashion Parade
Once a year the parish hosts a fashion parade with clothes and accessories from our Op Shop in Davey Street. Members of the parish are invited to model and they each select five outfits (from the Op Shop). This is a fun event. All money raised goes to the Mission of the month.

Pancakes And Bocce
Each year on Shrove Tuesday (Pancake Day) the church hosts an afternoon/evening where members are invited to join in games of Bocce and enjoy many varieties of pancakes. This is a fun evening and children enjoy the experience.

Parish Picnic
In January of each year, the Parish holds a Parish Picnic at Henry Sutton Park. This is a great fun day where we all come together in fellowship and enjoy the lovely summer weather, play games and share a meal, usually a sausage sizzle, with one another.

Passover Supper
A re-enactment of the Passover dinner is undertaken during Holy Week where members are invited to experience the type of food that was eat during Jesus’ time. This is eaten during a service. A very moving and wonderful experience.

City Of Mandurah Arts Stretch Festival
Christ’s Church has been honoured to be part of this wonderful festival. The activities that the church undertakes depends on the theme of the Stretch Festival but in the past members of the Parish offer tours of the Church to the visitors and give a brief history talk on the background of the church and the graveyard, served Devonshire teas, provided a Mini Fete located within the grounds of the church, choral performances and organ recitals.
